Need to start a return or exchange?
We totally get it. Everyone’s sniffer is different and this internet thing isn’t great for smelling. We want you to love your scent — if you don’t, we want to get you a scent you do. Please email our team at info@spircandleco.com with your order number, within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll work with you to make arrangements. NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees for returns and exchanges.
Issues with your candle?
Candles, like people, are imperfect. Often, again like people, those imperfections make them unique and beautiful in their own way. To get the most out of your candle, we’d love to humbly suggest following our candle care suggestions. Again…like humans…a little care goes a long way.
But sometimes things just don’t work right and when that happens we’d love an opportunity to make it right. Some examples could be a broken container or a wick failure (the wick floats to the top before the candle can burn through). Just send us an email with your issue and a picture if possible and we’ll reach out.
